Added to this, I also, from many years on the World Class Programmes, have an appreciation for the role of masseuses, strength & conditioning coaches, and physiotherapists, with regard to injury prevention, rehabilitation and recovery.
My mission is to provide professional services of the highest quality and to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the results.

Personal Training programmes give you the motivational assistance that we all need now and then. Not only this, it also allows you to target and tailor the areas of your body and fitness levels that you wish to specificially improve. I aim to reach your goals through vigorous training, physical and nutritional tailoring, and focus on your weaknesses and develop them into your strengths.

Massage is essential for helping to speed up the recovery process from intensive sports and activities. Think of massage as your own M.O.T. If you service regularly, you are less likely to have a full breakdown (injury), resulting in having to take time off your sport/activities/work to try and get back to form and fitness. It can also mean that the cost for recovery is greater in terms of physio and/or doctors!
