Sports and Deep Tissue Massage Therapies: The techniques used are ones that use a strong force onto the regions of the body/muscles where tightness and 'niggles' are located. This pressure enables a deeper muscular workout to 'iron-out' tension, knots, flush the body of lactate, and provide a fresh supply of blood rich in nutrients to the muscles.

  Personal Training: These sessions are tailored around your current health and fitness levels, with your pre-determined goals in mind.

 The sessions incorporate both gym-based exercises, strength and conditioning workloads, core stability sessions, and also circuits.

This enables full body workouts to the cardiovascular system, gaining muscular strength & endurance.

Swimming 121: The swimming lessons are catered for beginners up to advanced clients who wish to either build water confidence or want to improve their technical abilities to effectively improve their swimming economy. Sessions are at a pool local to you, and involves an underwater technical analysis and continual feedback throughout the hour.
